how to get the connection between software and Gainer again?

Dear all
one and half year ago, Professor Nagashima ( SUAC) helped me to build a Gainer with 5 sensors, I have tried with all the Gainer.io.cc1~8, how to get the connection again? ( I use another Gainer, it does work. but the new one it doesn't, I have upgrad Max/MSP 5, the other envioornment is the same ) I hope I can use the new one in my concert on 9, April.
